A perfect Cottage for large families or friends to have joint tranquil relaxing holidays at Denbury Farm. Oak Cottage is 200 years old or older with many olde worlde features including beams, two-foot thick walls with exposed stonework and a charming arched window. The Cottage has four bedrooms that will sleep 9 people + cot. There is a large lawn area to the front of the Cottage with garden furniture and barbeque facilities.
Oak Cottage is just a minutes walk to the Lakes for relaxing Fishing Holidays or adventurous Wildlife Holidays.
There is ample car parking for two cars in the Cottage car park. Additional car parking is available in the Farm House Yard and parking area
The Kitchen is modern with a built-in with refrigerator, a combined washing machine dryer and full size double oven and hob.
The Lounge Diner are combined open plan.

The Dining area has a large dining table that extend to accommodate seating for all those occupying the Cottage.

The Master Bedroom is en-suite. A large first floor bedroom having a full size double bed.
The Second Bedroom. A large bedroom first floor having a full size double bed.
The Third Bedroom. A good sized first floor bedroom having bunk beds. A large 4' lower bunk bed and a normal size upper bunk bed.
The Fourth Bedroom. A large ground floor bedroom having twin full size beds.
