The Cottage has three bedrooms that will sleep 6 people + cot. There is a large lawn area to the front of the Cottage with garden furniture and barbeque facilities.
Elm Cottage is just a minutes walk to the Lakes for a relaxing Fishing Holidays or an adventurous Wildlife Holidays.
There is ample car parking for two cars in the Cottage car park. Additional car parking is available in the Farm House Yard and parking area.
The Kitchen is modern with a built-in with refrigerator, a combined washing machine dryer and full size double oven and hob.
The Lounge Diner are combined open plan.

The Dining area has a large dining table that extend to accommodate seating for all those occupying the Cottage.
