The Cottage is a 2 bed roomed ground floor one level Cottage, that will sleep up to 5 people and just a two minute walk to the Lake for relaxing Fishing Holidays or adventurous Wildlife Holidays..

The Cottage being on ground floor level with only two steps has been used by the disabled, being wheelchair friendly. The Cottage has no additional disabled facilities.

The Cottage has a small private cobbled court yard to the rear and a large garden area at the front with garden furniture and barbeque facilities.

The Lounge and Kitchen of the Cottage are open plan.

The Lounge area has two double settees, a 32" Wide Screen Television with Sky Free View. Free Wireless Internet and a Wildlife Monitor showing the 24/7 Denbury Farm Live Wildlife Webcams.

The Kitchen is modern with a built-in with refrigerator, a combined washing machine dryer and full size oven and hob.

The Bedrooms

• Both are both en-suite.
• The Master Bedroom is a very large bedroom having shower en-suite. There is a full size double bed and a full size single bed.
• The Master Bedroom is a very large bedroom having shower en-suite. There is a full size double bed and a full size single bed.
• There is a small second bedroom having a bath en-suite. The bedroom has two full size single beds. Arrangements can be made for a double bed in this bedroom.

The Cottage is located in the main Farm House Yard and has ample parking
