Information, terms and conditions of self catering.

1. All tariffs include electricity, bed linen and use of all facilities.
2. A deposit of 20% is required when booking. Balance 28 days before holiday commences.
3. Please telephone and confirm Cottage and dates required. Telephone and email bookings are held for 5 days. 01823 433700
4. The properties are available from 3p.m and guests are asked to vacate by 10.30a.m on the day of departure
5. Please kindly leave the property, furniture and equipment in the same condition that it was found, Please report any breakages.
6. Pets by arrangement only. Denbury Farm welcomes pets. Pets must not be left in the Cottage unattended and dogs kept on a lead around the farm.
7. We cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any visitor, nor for the loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises.
8. Non payment of the balance on the due date will be treated as a cancellation
9. In the event of a cancellation, you will be liable to pay the balance of the total amount due, if it is not possible to re-let accommodation. We strongly advise you take out this cancellation insurance.
10. The Cottages will not accommodate more than the stated number of beds, unless prior arrangements have been made.
