Period of Hire:
Rental commences at 3.00pm on the day of arrival
and terminates at 10.00am on the day of departure.
Payment:
A deposit of 20% of the booking is payable if
the booking is made more than 6 weeks before the
commencement of the rental. The balance will be
payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the
rental. Non payment of the balance of the rental
on or before the due date shall be deemed as cancellation
of the contract by the client. In the event of
a cancellation, you will be liable to pay the
balance of the total amount due, if it is not
possible to re-let accommodation. We strongly
advise you take out appropriate Holiday Insurance.
Altered bookings:
We will endeavour to meet a clients request to
alter rental dates or cottage selection after
booking confirmation has been issued.
Occupancy & use:
The number of persons occupying the property should
not exceed the maximum number for that property
outlined in the Cottages information, with the
exception of the addition of infant in cots or
with permission from the owner. The property shall
be used for personal and domestic purposes only
and shall not be used for any commercial purpose.
Breakages & Damages:
The client is required to notify us in the event
of any breakages or damages caused to the property
or contents. Payment for such damages is at the
discretion of the owners.
Care of the Property:
The client should take all reasonable care of
the property and its contents and leave them in
the same state of repair and condition as at the
start of the rental.
Liability:
Denbury Farm and its employees shall not be liable
to the client or third parties for any accident,
damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience
which may be suffered, arise out of or in any
way connected with the rental. No term of Contract
is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of
the Third Part.
Right of Entry:
Denbury Farm reserves the right to enter the property
at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection
or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance
Inventory:
All cottages are equipped with equipment deemed
necessary for the purpose of holiday accommodation.
Cots, highchairs are available on request free
of charge.
Towels & Linen:
All bed linen and kitchen towels are supplied.
Electricity:
All electricity is included in the rental.
Well behaved Dogs are welcome at Denbury. A refundable
deposit of £25 per Dog shall be paid on
commencement of your holiday to cover any damage
or extra cleaning needed.

Fishing Terms and Conditions.
The following rules apply to safeguard fish and
anglers:
Barbless hooks; no micro barbs; no pinched barbless
or broken off barbs, only genuine barbless hooks.
No keep nets.
Allways use unhooking mats and landing nets. Both
are available to hire at a very small fee if you
do not have them.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised
when fishing.
Fishing is for residents only. No day tickets
are available.
Fishing dawn until dusk. Night fishing only with
the owners permission. No later 10.30pm
No Bivvys or shelters without the owners permission.
Umbrellas only.
Poles only to be used on smaller lake.
Wildlife takes priority on and around the Lakes.
